Pro-Filer Policies and Warranty
How To Order
- If you are an existing Pro-Filer Performance Products
Customer, please have your customer number ready.
- Have your complete mailing and shipping addresses
ready. Include name, name of business, street address, zip
or postal code and phone number. If paying by credit card,
the mailing address must match the credit card billing
address.
- Please have your order ready when calling. Part numbers
and descriptions ensure you get exactly what you want. If
unsure of the part number our technician can help
you.
- If paying by credit card, we need the following to
process your order: name as it appears on the card, card
number, expiration date, and the bill to address for your
card.
- Please have a daytime phone number available, so that we may contact you during normal business hours if a problem arises with your order.
Special Orders
All special orders must include a non-refundable 50% deposit. All special orders are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Prices
Every effort will be made to hold published prices; however, all prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for printing errors in price schedules.
Terms
C.O.D. - All customers who have not been approved for other terms will be shipped C.O.D. Payments accepted for C.O.D. Shipments are: Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check.
Prepayment - Prepayment will save you the C.O.D. fee. Prepayment can be made by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express), Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check.
Open Account - Terms for open items are 10 days. Payments are due 10 days from the date of Invoice. Past due amounts are subject to 1.5% finance charge and the account being changed to C.O.D. Only status. All open accounts are subject to credit approval.
Orders Outside the Continental United States
All orders shipped outside the Continental United States must be pre-paid in US Dollars. No C.O.D. orders will be shipped outside the Continental United States. Any additional duty or tariffs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please call to get freight charges.
Returns
No product will be accepted for return without prior authorization from Pro-Filer Performance Products. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed to all returns. No returns will be accepted 30 days after the invoice date.
Claims
All products are counted and inspected by Quality prior to shipment. Claims for damage, shortage, and loss in transit must be made within 5 days of receipt to both the freight carrier and Pro-Filer Performance Products.
Refused Shipments
Customers refusing shipments are subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition as well as freight charges.
