Pro-Filer Performance Products Shootout Expanded to Five Classes for Columbus |

DAYTON, OH- NSCA Three years ago, the crew from Pro-Filer Performance Products joined the NSCA as a front line sponsor. The intent of the sponsorship, like any, was to introduce racers to their product- and the successes are evident; Tony Bischoff's Super Street Achieva and Randy Jewell's Top Street Corvette are topped with complete Pro-Filer cast heads and intakes while several SS and NPS competitors have taken wins with Pro-Filer manifolds. The original format of the shootout included only Pro Outlaw and Pro Street; eliminating each field of four leaving a dramatic, yet controversial final after the end of qualifying. Since the weights for Pro Street are heavier for the same equipment, equalizing them for the last run was very unpopular for everyone concerned. To eliminate the controversy while upping the ante, the Pro-Filer Performance Products Shootout for 2004 will include FIVE classes, rewarding as many as four qualifiers in Pro Street, Pro Outlaw, Super Street, Nostalgia Pro Street and of course, Pro-Filer Top Street. The total giveaways will total a cool THIRTY GRAND in Pro-Filer heads and other products. The new and improved Pro-Filer Shootout will guarantee high flying, wheelstanding, nitrous belching, piston nipping qualifying action for each session- be there! __________________
