Valve Angle: 24 Degree valve angle to provide you with bolt on compatibility for stock accessories
Intake Ports: Oval Shaped, Precision As Cast 290cc
Engine Size: 396-468cid / 7000 rpm
Application: High Performance (i.e. street / strip / marine)
Intake Port Design - Modified Oval Port
Intake Port Flow: 290cc = 365cfm @.800"
Combustion Chamber - Heart-Shaped/Fast-Burn,As-Cast/CNC - 119cc, can be reduced to 105cc
Milling: Angle - .0070" per cc Flat - .0050" per cc
Valve Spring Pocket - Maximum of 1.625" (no deeper)
Bore Spacing: Standard BBC 4.840"
Exhaust Valve: 1.880" - 1.900" / +.100" long
Intake Valve: 2.225" - 2.300" / +.250" long
Deck Thickness: 1/2" deck for Nitrous and Blown applications
Spark Plugs: Revised location to improve flame travel. Machined for a gasketed 3/4" reach plug NGK R5671A-7 or colder
Valve Guides: Manganese Bronze to assist in extending valve life .502" OD
Valve Train: Uses Stock or Most Aftermarket Rocker Systems (shaft mount recommended)
Valve Covers: Uses Standard Big Block Chevy
